Birthday candle making machine mainly adopts drawing method for producing birthday candles. The machine include wax string drawing, titanium coating, water cooling, cutting and shaping four parts. The cutting & shaping part is main machine which is very intelligent and high technique. The main machine is PLC controlled with strong production capacity. Birthday candle length, spiral shape, etc all are controlled by PLC main machine. The machine running speed are adjusted on the PLC panel. Candle printing and metallic lacquering are further processed.
Working process: Firstly wick string on drawing frames are repeatedly dipped and drawn into wax. The waxed wick stick get cooled by water and air during the cycle process. The waxed stick become thicker and hard till requested thickness. Finally the waxed stick run to cutting & shaping part and finished birthday candle comes out.
The main cutting & shaping machine can produce candle diameter from 1 mm to 12 mm.
