BIRTHDAY CANDLE METALLIC DIPPING MACHINES
Birthday candle metallic dipping machine is running with closed cycle chain. The machine consists of 4 worker working position, high melting point wax overdipping position, metallic lacquer overdipping position and drying chamber. The candle drying is mainly supported by infrared ray and fan. The machine running speed is adjusted according to worker hanging speed and candle drying speed. Roughly candle drying takes 30-90 minutes.
Working process: Firstly worker hang birthday candle onto the machine chain with clip. The clipped birthday candle automatically run with the cycle chain, and successively go to hot wax overdipping tank, and metallic lacquer overdipping tank, and drying chamber, finally finished metallic coated birthday candle get cooled and dried. Worker pick up the finished birthday candles from the clips.
The metallic dipping machine can be customized according to candle specification, workshop design, etc.
