WAX MELTERS
All of our wax melters are made of heavy duty stainless steel. We customize different volume of wax melters according to customer requirement. The small size melter tank is portable with trolley which can move conveniently and can coordinate with wax filling simultaneously. The largest melter tank can be customized to 15 ton wax capacity. Wax mixer and wax tank cover can be added according to customer requirement.
There is single layer direct heat wax melters, double layer oil jacket wax melters and steam wax melters. Single layer direct heat wax melter can heat wax very fast. It is used for common wax heating process. Double layer oil jacket wax melter can heat wax evenly and safely. It is suitable for melting candle wax with fragrances and colors. Steam wax melter is customized melter with inlet and outlet pipe settled in the tank.
Besides wax melter tank, we customize color mixing wax tank and color dipping wax tank. All of our wax tanks are used for candle making application.
